Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing oversight release.
